The FIVE building is located at the intersection of Na Valentince and Strakonická streets with excellent public transport access and all the corresponding urban infrastructure. There are many restaurants, shops, hotels and other services in the immediate vicinity. The building offers a flexible office layout that is suitable for large and small companies. The building has a total of almost 14,362 m2 of modern, fully air-conditioned office space. The project was built on the site of a former tram and later trolleybus depot with an emphasis on the highest possible reference to the history of this place. The original depot wall was preserved, as well as the old chimney and historical clock that were part of the original depot. All these historical elements and the genius loci of the place itself are combined in the unique industrial architecture of the project with elements such as the second facade cladding made of expanded metal, exposed concrete, or exposed installation lines on the ceilings. In addition to the exceptional architecture, the building offers tenants roof terraces with panoramic views of the most important Prague monuments, including Prague Castle, the National Theater and Vyšehrad.
