MOCCA Rezidence

The MOCCA project, located on the border of the old Vysočany and Libeně, combines history with modern living in a place where coffee was once roasted. The individual names of the buildings and entrances – Espresso, Doppio, Americano, Cappuccino and Batch Brew – draw inspiration from various types of coffee. MOCCA is just a three-minute walk from the Českomoravská metro station, which ensures excellent transport accessibility to the city center and other parts of the city. Thanks to its location, MOCCA Residence offers perfect accessibility to the city center, as well as to the main roads and the city ring road. The B metro station - Českomoravská is a 3-minute walk from the project.
