Sequoia Roztyly

The Sequoia office building represents a unique combination of a vibrant city and the tranquility of nature in the form of the unique Krč Forest and the revitalized Roztyl Park. Modern technologies – heat pumps, photovoltaics, air ionizers, outdoor blinds eliminating heat gains from the sun, etc. – ensure long-term sustainable economic operation. Sequoia will offer 33,000 m² of office space for rent on eleven above-ground floors. Some of the offices on the western side of the building will be equipped with loggias. The building will also include a conference hall. The top, twelfth floor will feature a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. The building will provide its tenants with 488 underground parking spaces, bicycle storage rooms with facilities, and is also prepared for electromobility. For convenient access by car, a direct exit from the Prague Ring Road is planned. The building will have a BREEAM Outstanding certificate and will meet the parameters of the EU TAXONOMY. The design is by the A8000 studio, and the first tenants will be able to move into the state-of-the-art offices with flexible layouts at the turn of 2027/2028.
