Smíchov City SM1

SM1 is the first office building in the Smíchov City – North project and is located in an exclusive corner position, which will form the main facade of the newly created space/city district. In the future, the adjacent bus terminal area is expected to be transformed into an urban landmark building with a park. The building meets BREEM Excellent certification and complies with energy efficiency class A. A typical floor offers 2,480 m² of space and can be divided into up to four separate units. Underground parking spaces with electric car charging facilities and facilities for cyclists are available. The building is located directly at a major public transport hub (Anděl and Na Knížecí metro stations, tram and bus stops) and Prague's integrated transport system (train and bus stops) in the center of Prague.
