Karolína Plazza

The Karolína Plazza project in Prague's Karlín is a modern residential and commercial complex built by the development company MS-INVEST, a.s. It consists of two stages: the first was approved in 2018, the second at the end of 2020. The project includes more than 200 apartments, studios, office and commercial spaces and underground parking. Karolína Plazza 2 follows the traditional apartment development of Karlín. The ground floor of the buildings is intended for a shopping arcade, while the underground floors serve as collective garages.
